The flexibility of the Normandie Rooms makes this space a perfect fit for any event from large corporate receptions or award luncheons to rehearsal dinners or post wedding brunches. As a whole the space can accommodate up to 110 guests but they can also be separated into smaller spaces which accommodate up to 22 or up to 50 guests. “The round sesame bread, which is our signature, it’s called the Bashka. We put bell peppers, mushrooms, corn, olives and it’s on the grill, with your preference of American cheese or pepperjack cheese,” he said.

Shaw’s isn’t innovative or exciting with a constantly changing menu, but it’s comforting. You know exactly what you’ll get, and when you’re here that’s exactly what you want. The design – cast in a 1940’s style setting – has two dining rooms offering guests a dual experience between the more casual and lively Oyster Bar and the traditional white tablecloth Main Dining Room. Cold Storage is seafood bar attached to a steakhouse.
It’s perfect for celebrations or relaxed events for up to 30 guests. Tucked off to the side, the Red Shell Room is our second semi-private space in the Oyster Bar. With a combination cushy booths and a large round table, the Red Shell Room seats up to 25 guests and offers a great casual setting for brunch, lunch or dinner events. This completely private, versatile room located behind the Main Dining Room can accommodate a reception or seated gathering for up to 65 guests. The room can be set boardroom style [up to 20 guests], with long tables, round tables or crescent rounds for a presentation [35 guests].
And that doesn’t even take into account a sweets table that’s nothing short of ridiculous. Pricey, yes, but worth it every now and then or for a special occasion. You 100% need them if you’re in the oyster bar, and you probably do in the dining room too. Available for full buyouts, up to 225 guests, or large party reservations, guests.
